FlexForce supplies work-ready people across Auckland – building sites, warehouses, hotels, events and packhouses. One shift or a full season, same deal: we find them, we employ them, we send them ready to work. Payroll, holiday pay, ACC and compliance stay with us.
We come from the team behind CMOS, a Kiwi company running since 2012 with 150 staff and 500 clients across Auckland, Wellington and Sydney. So the systems and the safety standards were sorted long before we sent our first worker out.
We're building this one placement at a time. A labour hire company is only ever as good as the person who turns up.
